W. Clifton Holmes is a veteran commercial litigator. He has represented clients before federal and state courts and administrative bodies, including before federal district courts in six jurisdictions.
A graduate of Northwestern University School of Law and Princeton University, Mr. Holmes is a licensed member of the Illinois bar. His past clients have run the gamut from a well-known US airline to an array of small business concerns.
A veteran of the Washington DC law firm Wiley, Rein & Fielding (now Wiley Rein), Mr. Holmes gained experience at a major New York investment firm prior to law school, and while on Wall Street, held both Series 7 and 63 licenses.
